LEGO sets 2021: Star Wars, Nintendo, Minecraft, and more

We’re now officially into 2021, and LEGO is officially launching a new collection of creations to kick off the year. There are hundreds of new sets available, including many that cover Star Wars, Disney Technic, Creator, BrickHeadz, and more. LEGO’s 2021 lineup assembles a massive selection of new models, with hundreds of sets to choose from. A number of new LEGO kits are highly anticipated today, including new builds from The Mandalorian as well as new ways to decorate your home with brick-built mosaics.

All new LEGO sets available for 2021

Star Wars

Star Wars is launching the most anticipated Star Wars model in 2021 with their Star Wars new additions. They will release four new Star Wars models.

The latest version of the bestselling magazine, Luke Skywalker’s X-Wing FighterIt clocks in around $49.99. This model includes 474 pieces and four miniaturefigures, an upgrade to the previous model. You’ll also find several other new kits below:

Creator

LEGO’s Creator theme is also receiving a batch of new builds today, headlined by the introduction of its botanical collection. Two kits are included in this new collection that focus on brick-built greenery. They include a Bonsai Tree as well as a Flower Bouquet. These models can be used as home decor and are suitable for older builders. $49.99 Each.

Technic

With a variety of LEGO sets and new sets, the Technic theme will be very popular in 2021. Ferrari 488 GTE, AF Corse 51It is a standout and is made up 1,677 pieces. This one measures 19 inches in length and is available in a slick, red colorway. It’s now available for $169.99 and is joined by several other new Technic models:

City

LEGO will also use 2021 for a series of new builds, led primarily by the Town Center. This 790-piece creation forms the central part of your brick-built community, complete with a gas stop, pizza restaurant, new road baseplates, and a gas station. It also contains eight minifigures. It is a hefty 2.2 lbs. $99.99 There are several more builds that you can add to the mix. You can find them below.

BrickHeadz

LEGO’s lineup of collectible brick-built characters, BrickHeadz, is starting off the year on a strong note with thew introduction of a few new figures. Alongside the debut of a new Chinese New Year set, there’s also a pair of new LEGO Pets BrickHeadz sets that are debuting for the first time in 2021.

Art

LEGO also plans to use 2021 as a platform to expand its Art theme, building two new brick-built Mosaics. Both are inspired and can be used to decorate your home with Hogwarts and Mickey Mouse decor.

Nintendo

Many licensed themes will be receiving a new batch. The most anticipated being all Marvel creations. The Attack on Set of the Spider LairThe highlight of the new collection is the hat. $69.99. Then there’s also a notably smaller addition to the theme with its Coral Reef set. This 92-piece creation includes a pair of minifigures and a small underwater build with a puffer fish and more at$9.99.

Ninjago

LEGO will be celebrating its 10-year-anniversary in 2021 with Ninjago being another notable LEGO theme. The legacy continues with the new Ninjago sets.

The latest wave of LEGO Ninjago sets is featured in the headlines for 2021. Zane’s Titan Mech Battleat$59.99. This 840-piece kit stands over 10 inches tall and has a pretty eye-catching design that stands out from other brick-built mechs we’ve seen in the past.

LEGO will launch a number of promotions throughout 2021 and a new collection. The Vintage CarThe first time we saw it in December, it will be available for sale at no additional cost. $85.

More to come

LEGO will launch multiple waves in order to mix it up for its 2021 launch. Another batch of creations will be available in March. This will allow builders to assemble additional Star Wars models and more.

It also looks like we’ll be getting a new addition to the Ninjago City collection for its 10-year anniversary around January 14, so be on the lookout for that announcement in the next week or so.
